Sadochok Ukrainian Language Preschool
Sadochok Ukrainian Language Preschool is a warm and welcoming introduction to Ukrainian language and culture for Regina’s youngest learners. Designed for children aged 3 to 5, the program creates a playful and engaging environment where students explore through stories, songs, crafts, dance, and imaginative play. Whether they are just beginning or already familiar with the language, all children are encouraged to learn, grow, and feel a sense of belonging.
With classes offered twice a week, Sadochok provides flexibility for families while fostering a consistent connection to culture and community. Each session is thoughtfully designed to build language skills and cultural awareness in a way that feels natural and fun. Through creative activities and interactive learning, students develop confidence while forming meaningful early connections to Ukrainian traditions.
Led by teacher Anya Shyian, the program nurtures curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. With a small class size of 8 to 10 students, each child receives personalized attention and support, helping them thrive in a supportive and inclusive setting. Sadochok welcomes children from all backgrounds, creating a space where culture is shared, celebrated, and experienced together.
More than a preschool, Sadochok is a joyful first step in a lifelong journey of cultural discovery—where young learners build friendships, embrace new experiences, and carry forward the spirit of Ukrainian heritage.
