My name is Kevin Rowan, owner of Cobalt Glass & Customworks.

I am a self-employed Journeyman Glassworker with 31 years of experience in the glass trade, specializing in commercial, residential, and automotive glass. Over the years, I have spent countless hours cutting glass, completing repairs, and installing replacement glass in homes, businesses, vehicles, and agricultural equipment. I also provide residential and commercial window and door installations, along with home renovation services. I have proudly been in business since 2009.

Before she passed away, I had the opportunity to learn stained glass from my mom. She was a wonderful teacher who passed her passion for the craft on to me. I have been creating stained glass for over 22 years and have a studio where I work on glass art daily. Designing new and interesting projects with stained glass and fused glass is something I truly enjoy. There is something special about transforming beautiful pieces of glass into unique works of art. I create a wide variety of art glass pieces for all occasions, including custom requests.

In addition to stained glass artwork, I also create fused glass pieces. I have two kilns in my studio that run almost every day. While the kilns are firing, I continue working on stained glass projects or renovation work for my business. Along with creating glass artwork, I also sell stained glass and glass fusing supplies, and I teach classes.
